I spent the afternoon with Charles Hartwell at Pioneer Village.  He wrote the forward to Shop Drawings of Shaker Iron and Tinware He was a tinsmith at Canterbury Shaker Village and also taught at Eastfield Village, following Ben Clarkson. Twenty some years ago he had a stroke that ended his smithing. Six months ago he returned to his shop where he shows off his collection of original tinware and other antiques at the Arizona Pioneer Living History Village.

It is more of a museum than a working shop.
